Agreement
These Terms govern your use of SwaSec at swasec.com, operated by Shubham Raut, doing business as SwaSec ("SwaSec," "we," "us"), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What this is
SwaSec is a free, self-serve tool that lets you assess your organization's compliance posture against selected frameworks and security tracks, based entirely on answers you provide yourself. It generates a score, a gap report, and a Security Posture Card.
This is a self-declared maturity check. It is not an audit, not a certification, and not legal advice.
Nothing generated by the tool constitutes a formal opinion on your compliance status, and completing it doesn't certify you against any framework. See our disclaimer on the results page for more.
Who can use it
Intended for business use by people old enough to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction, and not directed at anyone under 18. By using the tool, you confirm you're authorized to answer these questions on behalf of the organization you're assessing.
Your responsibilities
- Answer honestly. The score and report are only as accurate as what you enter, we don't verify your answers against any evidence.
- Don't misuse the tool: no scraping the question bank, no attempting to reverse-engineer the scoring logic, no automated bulk submissions, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don't submit information about an organization you're not authorized to represent, purely to see the results.
Intellectual property
The question bank, control mappings, scoring methodology, report format, and Security Posture Card design are SwaSec's property. You may use your own results for your own internal purposes and may share your Security Posture Card publicly, that's what it is for. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the question bank or underlying framework mappings.
Your assessment responses remain associated with you and your organization as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us permission to use anonymized, aggregated data from your responses (with no company or individual identifiable) to produce statistics like industry benchmarks.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it's error-free, uninterrupted, or that your results will be identical to what a certification body or auditor would find. Compliance frameworks change, our mappings may lag behind the latest version of a standard, and self-reported answers carry inherent limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwaSec isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including decisions made based on your score or report. Since this is a free service, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at zero.
Termination
You can stop using the tool anytime. We can suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these Terms, particularly Section 4, without notice.
Changes
We can modify or discontinue the tool, or these Terms, at any time. We'll update the date above when we do. Material changes will be emailed to anyone who's completed the report gate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
